Can’t say we were the definite life changer, that was her doing first.. we are just lucky to have met her 4 months ago and to be a small part in this journey! ————————————————- The truth behind body transformation is YOU have to make the decision first. We had such a great turnout, and so much fun for opening week Friday Night Lights, we decided to bring it back! Save the date, March 23rd from 5:30-9:00pm! We’ll open the gym to any and all who’d like to participate in the open workout, and for any spectators that would like to partake in @fonzis_tacos and beer/wine, please join! Just as last time, this is a kid friendly gym, and we’ll have two bounce houses and more activities for the young ones to enjoy

@mrspostma hitting a post metcon PR today @hidden_alley_crossfit. Shown is 145lb power clean, she later went 150lbs for a 15lb PR! ————————————————— One thing about @mrspostma is she is relentless. She shows up a minimum of 4 Days a week, mostly 5, sometimes 6, and she ALWAYS puts in the work. What has come from all this dedication? RESULTS. Consistency in her training has been the largest factor in her results without a doubt. I won’t forget to mention, she has been a MAJOR asset to the gym! She always brings a positive energy to the classes, and it’s contently motivating and encouraging others to push themselves!! So here’s to Christina! Thanks for all you do, and congrats on your PR
