Are you new to CrossFit?

Schedule your foundations classes!

“Foundations” is a 4 X 1-1.5 hour personal training or small group sessions scheduled with a coach. (No more than 3 people.)

In this class you will learn how to:

  1. Squat
  2. Deadlift
  3. Press
  4. Pull-Up
  5. Clean
  6. Snatch

(Along with accessory movements including KB Swings, Thrusters, Sit-ups, Box Jumps, etc.)

  • Cost: $200 (This includes the remainder of the month’s cost for classes.)
    • Cost is waived if you sign up for a year membership!
  • Once completed, you can then sign up for any class and begin Hidden Alley Crossfit’s Class Programming!
