  • ← We want you to know something: Your continued dedication and support is the reason we are still here today. Many affiliates have been forced to close the doors, and it saddens our heart to see that. We understand how important a gym family is. And we know how terrible it would be to have that crumble because of unfortunate events such as covid 19. Our thoughts and prayers go out to ALL the studio gyms, and small businesses, that have suffered immensely during this time, and for all of those who continue to hang on and fight to keep it alive. We are all in this together. For our members who’ve continued to financially support us, we couldn’t thank you enough. Your support will not be forgotten. We are coming back and we’ll come back stronger than we were before. With that said: Classes are back in session! Limited class capacity, 9 athletes per class so PLEASE make sure you register !! We can’t wait to see all the faces we’ve missed for the past 60+ days
  • Murph prep today! We made the decision to hold off on completing Murph on Memorial Day due to the lack of accessibility to pull-up bars.. With that said, we will be completing this workout on Saturday July 4th! – Today’s WOD: EMOM 30 Min 1: max double unders Min 2: max air squats Min 3: max push-ups – Goals: Rx: 600/400/200 Fitness: 400/300/200 ? @t_hogan →
