Today’s WOD is my personal favorite CrossFit “HELEN”
I believe that this workout is all things CrossFit. It’s a shorter workout, and the volume is moderate so it encourages high intensity. Run hard all the way to your kettlebell. Pick it up immediately and start. Swings should be unbroken. Drop the kB and hop up to your bar and start the pull-ups. Repeat, keeping the same pace and intensity. Level 2 certification thus far? I’d say it’s been pretty dayum good....I had the honor of shooting the shit with Castro, getting words of wisdom from Mr. Glassman himself, and finishing the day with a run of the trail from the 16 games with Dave @crossfit @thedavecastro
