What is CrossFit Teens? • CrossFit Teens is a beginners class for ages 13-16. We will be teaching proper form and technique for all the compound lifts they should be doing, and will definitely see in the weight room in high school. • In this class we will train the 10 components of fitness: 1. Stamina 2. Endurance 3. Strength 4. Power 5. Speed 6. Agility 7. Accuracy 8. Flexibility 9. Balance 10. Coordination • The key to being generally fit is to address all of these aspects of fitness. You are only as strong as your weakest link. • This program starts May 6th and will run Monday-Thursday from 5:30pm-6:30pm. You can choose to train 2, 3, or 4 days a week. No long term contracts. No BS. Just work
