  • ← Welcoming the newest addition to @hidden_alley_crossfit, Benjamin Giovanni Podesto. Benny G was born at 8:07am this morning and is healthy, strong, and the most handsome baby boy ever born to this world! Amy went through a very tough 16 hours and was very close to having a c section due to excruciating contractions and little change in dilation, but she toughed it out and was able to push that little guy through! I’ve never been more in love with two people in my life!! Watching amy work her ass off was by far the most moving experience I’ve ever witnessed, and the surprise of a baby boy was just icing on the cake. I couldn’t be more blessed
