For HAC members: To access our home program, (1) open your train heroic app (2) click on the profile picture of yourself at the bottom (picture #1) (3) Next, click on the settings wheel on the top right side of your screen (picture #2) (4) Lastly, select “My training” and enter the access code provided to you (picture #3) The access code will be granted to members who DM and request it.
