You VS. You. * At this point, most of us know what it is that we have to do to cut fat, build muscle, get leaner, get bigger etc etc. So why is it that we continue to get in our own way of what we want. You will look better, feel better, sleep well, think clearer, have more energy, perform better (in and outside of the bedroom ?)…. so? Will you get out of your own way finally and buckle down?
