Wow. That. Was. Fun! Awesome meet today @standardstrength !! @casie_kent @mariahkiiing and @promaethius all competed in their first meet and all of them did phenomenal! I couldn’t be more proud of these three… they’ve put in major hours of dedication to @cal_strength club program, followed it to a T (with some minor adjustments for personal needs), and showed everyone how great they are, and how much better they’re gonna be!
