Today is Coach Mariah’s Bday! We truly couldn’t be luckier to have someone like her as a part of the team. Mariah’s whole life is dedicated to helping and serving others. She wakes up at 5:00, hits a workout, then goes to work as a social worker helping and mentoring troubled youth. From work she goes to grad school, and some days back to the gym to coach. She recently finished her course in becoming a weightlifting coach, and also a yoga instructor. To say she goes above and beyond to better herself to better others is a understatement.
