We’re excited to announce we are opening a class specifically for teenagers ages 13-16 on May 6th! ? • ?Our goal is to teach these kids how to move at a young age, and to create an environment that strives for success! • ?This is a perfect class for those with little to no experience in the weight room. This group will learn the basic fundamentals of weightlifting, proper form and terminology, build core stability and coordination, conditioning, speed and agility!
