We’re gettin a crew together to run a 1/2 marathon in San Francisco on July 28th. There are 7-8 signed up so far, and we’ve booked the second half. We decided to create a program for those who have never ran a 1/2 marathon. It will include 3 days a week of running, 2 shorter runs then a longer run on the weekend. This program will be free for members and nonmembers. The goal of the program isn’t necessarily based on time, it’s based on being physically prepared to complete the #13.1 miles. This will be a first time for many of us so are goal is to motivate each other, hold each other accountable, and accomplish something that many will never do in their lifetime.
