  • Failure builds character @redbottomsandbarbells ・・・ Let’s talk about failure and success inside them gym. First video is my getting a successful PR at 230, second video is me failing at 235. Today even though I failed I walked away feeling successful but what you don’t see is last week I did the same think and couldn’t hit my old PR of 225 I was pissed but had to walk away at 220.
