  • ← I’m a family man. I love my wife, my son, my parents, my brothers, my aunts and uncles, and all my cousins. I’m also blessed to have a gym full of members who are also my family, and that I love dearly. Years ago I thanked one of my clients for being such a great supporter of me and the gym. He replied “we take care of our own, Gio.” Those words have stuck with me. It’s a motto that I try to live by every day. It’s also how I want my gym family to feel. I want them to feel like they are taken care of. I want them to know that my truest intentions are to make their lives better. It’s what the service industry is about and it’s what I want my gym to be about. Owning this gym has been the single best thing for me and my personality. I thrive off the masses of different faces, from all different walks of life, that I get to meet, learn about, and make a part of my family. I’ll always stay true to them. And I’ll always take care of my own
