  • Meet coach Courtney! Cece has been a close friend of mine for a very long time. Needless to say, she has seen me go through all of my ups and downs in life, but she was always there and always made me feel supported. From what I’ve seen of her in the gym, she does the same thing for every member we have. Supportive, encouraging, and always willing to go the extra mile to help others. But don’t let this fool you, if you show up late to her class, you’ll be doing burpees ?.
