Congrats to coach @anniemarshall for taking gold in today’s competition hosted by @crossfitoakdale! There was some stiff competition, but Annie stayed strong getting 2nd, 1st, 1st, and 1st in her four heats!! Congrats to @shacourtneyx and @soniaa_brownn for making the podium as well
