  • ← Welcome our newest staff member, Coach Mariah! @mariahkiiing has been a dedicated member for almost two years now. She was a competitive soccer player and an avid runner. She completed her first full marathon last year! She’s now digging deeper into the weightlifting world, and continues to compete in local competitions. Mariah is a joy to be around. She’s super funny, ridiculously nice, and incredible helpful. We are lucky to have Mariah as a part of our growing staff and the. Be sure to congratulate her the next time you see her!! She is now scheduled to run Thursday and Friday evening classes so make sure you get in and take a class of hers
  • @dianamaddalon came to @hidden_alley_crossfit as a new member looking for something new. A new challenge. This wouldn’t be the first challenge Diana has faced. She was born with Brachial Plexus Injury, and has very little use of her right arm. Things most of us take for granted, like raising our arms overhead, or gripping a dumbbell, is out of the question for her. With that said, both Diana and I have to work together to figure out how to work through movements and modify or adjust to create similar stimulus. What I enjoy the most about working with her is that we don’t bullshit, we don’t give up on what “might” seem Impossible. We figure it out. I wont accept “I can’t” and she sure as shit wont either. Truly, working with her has been great for me. I’m so pumped that we have her as a part of the and @crossfit has gained another amazing. She’s already accomplished so much in less than two months, and I can’t wait to watch her continue to push the limits in crossfit →
