Let’s party! The open is two weeks away!! We’re going to hold a Friday Night Lights event here @hidden_alley_crossfit from 5:30pm-9:00pm. This is a family friendly event, so bring the kids, and an appetite! BBQ, keg, bounce house, music & of course, the open workout 18.1!! Participate in the workout, or just come to support the exercisers and drink beers! Everyone is invited! Bring the whole family and let’s rage
