Are you new to CrossFit?
Schedule your foundations classes!
“Foundations” is a 4 X 1-1.5 hour personal training or small group sessions scheduled with a coach. (No more than 3 people.)
In this class you will learn how to:
- Squat
- Deadlift
- Press
- Pull-Up
- Clean
- Snatch
(Along with accessory movements including KB Swings, Thrusters, Sit-ups, Box Jumps, etc.)
- Cost: $200 (This includes the remainder of the month’s cost for classes.)
- Cost is waived if you sign up for a year membership!
- Once completed, you can then sign up for any class and begin Hidden Alley Crossfit’s Class Programming!
